Aaron is also a family man who enjoys traveling, the outdoors, building, and playing golf.
Alan Riddle
Alan Riddle is an Occupational Safety and Health professional with experience assisting companies with regulatory compliance and risk reduction in industries such as construction, general industry, and agriculture. Alan applies his work and safety experience by assisting employers looking to improve workplace safety and efficiency.
Alan has experience in a variety of industries throughout the US and Western Canada, enjoying the travel and fun people he has met along the way. Alan enjoys golfing and traveling with his wife, woodworking, and off-road racing.
Jeff Miller
Jeff Miller is an Occupational Safety and Health Profesional focusing on program development and technical writing for both construction and general industry, offering clients viable policy, program, procedural solutions for their safety issues.
Jeff has over 30 years of experience in construction as a carpenter, cabinetmaker, and contractor. After a career-altering scaffold accident, he went back to school at Boise State and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. In 2002, Jeff was asked to work for a safety and risk management company in Boise and has been a safety consultant since. When Aaron Miller was establishing Northwest Safety in 2013, Jeff became the first member of the team.
Jeff lives in Fairfield Idaho and enjoys boating, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and riding his ATV in the local mountains.
Tad Summers
Tad Summers is an Occupational Safety and Health Consultant with experience in agriculture, general industry, and construction. Tad’s real-world experience gives him a unique perspective for hazard identification and assessment and regulatory compliance and in providing efficient and practical safety solutions.
Tad has experience in the agriculture industry that ranges from fieldwork to facility processing. He has worked as a Developer in residential construction and has a working knowledge of the construction process. Tad enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, golfing, camping, fishing, and mountain biking.
Rhonda Miller
Rhonda Miller is our Training Coordinator with nearly three decades of experience training employees, developing training schedules, and coordinating online training. Rhonda has been responsible for employee supervision and training in various business operations to ensure personnel meets or exceed requirements. Rhonda’s experience provides a diverse understanding of the safety training necessary to ensure that workers receive the appropriate training.
Rhonda enjoys volunteering with local charities and associations, golfing, and woodworking when time permits. Rhonda currently is a board member of The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Boise Chapter.
